Let Me Share this little story with you about . . . a very common, but still, significant incident I experienced on the streets of Miami earlier today. What’s significant about it? Read the anecdote first. No! Keep your hand off that mouse or arrow key - You! Don’t skip it. Okay, here goes: I’m driving southward on 72 nd Avenue from Flagler toward SW 4 th Street, a back road I like taking to avoid heavier traffic, so I could make a left turn and drive eastward. Well, this is one of those median circle types of four-way intersections and there’s a car coming that’s already on 4 th Street and headed east. Since I’m headed to make a left turn, I yield the right of way, plus I have a stop sign right in front of me. The car behind me is a super impatient driver and can’t stand to be detained even for a few seconds. He or she, I didn’t see well, begins honking that horn to get me to respond and move it....
